Well im getting ready to paint my car finally next month.Im going to start the body work and primering this month than paint next month. I was wanting to get everyone opionons on some of my ideas.
Some of my ideas. Are since my car is indy red. I was gunna put two black racing strips down the center. Mayb a viper duct. I will be getting a body kit but not for awhile and ill have enough paint left over for them.
Removing the exterior molding and maybe filling the indents on the body. Im also painting my star rims black with a lip. I thought about trying to get some carbon fiber stuff for the outside.
Any ideas would be kewl.

the black stripes would look sinister... Id prep the car an wait to paint it till i got the body kit. Id install and prep the body kit and then paint the whole car in one swoop.  ;)

I dunno about the black stripes and the carbon though. Carbon fiber has a brownish grey color to it... it would seem like it would clash. but that just my own personal preference...  :-\

i actually don't like the carbon fibre look, it screams rice, yes it can be done well, (Bad Venge's is a pretty good example). so if you're going to go with carbon fibre, don't just slap on random carbon fibre parts.

i would take James's advice and wait til you get the kit to paint it to make sure its all done right. unless its going to be like 4 years til you get the kit....then go for it.

Changing my paint color would be to much money lol. Ive thought about it but if i was going to id do it the right way.

For carbon fiber i was thinking Gas Lid ,Cowl. And thats about it.
