Title: Wheel shaking

My steeringwheel is shaking really bad. It will only do it after ive been driving for about 5 mins. I had a bad tie rod and a wheel hub in the rear going bad. But i just fixed my tie rod and the problem is still there.. Could it be ball joints going bad.. How could you tell if there going bad. Any help thnz guyz

at what speed?
does it feel like a left and right shake or does it feel like the wheels are bouncing?

does it make a clunking noise when you turn in either direction?

Its at any speed. I firgued out today is a bad inner tie rod end. How hard are they to fix.
