Title: Install Help!
Post by: cjet on February 02, 2008, 12:00:14 AM
I am new to the forum and have just bought a 1998 Sebring LXI. I need help with 2 things:

1 - How do I remove the dash piece covering the climate controls and the stereo? I am going to replace the headunit.

2 - To replace the rear 6x9s, do i have to remove just the plastic grills, or the entire package tray? If its the package tray, how does it come out?

I had to pull the rear deck off.  The 6x9s I bought were too big (Alpine R-types) and I had to cut a bit of the metal.

No air tools at the time.  I was a poor young man.  Now I'm a poor man with air tools.  ;D
