Does anyone know if there are blue parking lights.

Blue= likely illegal color .... ::)
 If you want to get a ticket for impersonating a police officer that would do it

this is true, i havent been bothered by any officers about it, i mean..they pulled me over for not having my front plate on, but didnt say anything about my lights....and in this city, there are a LOT of cops...

Cops really dont bother me i no most of them in my town.

Do u put them in the factory spot or wire them into the parking lights.

They are replacement BULBS that go in the factory spot ...

Do you have the product number for them.

I wanna get white to match my headlights.

they do go into the factory spot, I dont have the part #, I'll get it for u tomorrow, I'll stop by there for ya...u have to make sure they go in right otherwise they wont work.

i had those on my car for a while and my wife drove it with no license. she got pulled over for the blue lights and got the car impounded. so a 5 dollar set of bulbs ended up costing me almost 300.00 after ticket,tow, storage and fines. but damn the look sweet

Advance does not have em... and ididnt even bother checking autozone..they never have anything....the autozone manager buys excrement for his car from advance auto ( i seen im) what's that tell u....if u want em bad i can ship em for u at no profit to me..these are not the bulbs either, they're a lot brighter since its an LED. advance sells the cheapo blue tinted bulbs, those suck imo.

Ya $15 buckes for me is alot i just got nailed with a speeding ticket and tint ticket. And my tint isnt even that dark 20%. The cop was needing his quoto. So i got nailed. It was like 7 over if that. So that took my car money for dis month  :'(.

damn..that sucks....i got ticketed this month too, but i got some good cash flow coming in the rest of the month...they're going to bills tho. $600 for my two week paycheck  :) $1500 from taxes  ;D than another $600 at the end of the month ;) IM RICH BYATCH!!!

Ya my tax check is gunna be my savior. Pay off some of my debt and finish paint and body work for my car. My paychecks are only about $300 buckes not very much but im also only 17.

i dont have a liscens .... lol ... lost it, suspended 5 times at once, my insurance was ganna be aprox 200 a month but now im on my wifes and they dont know i drive it .....

Lol mines 150 a month. but thats on my parents plan. Its to expensive for me to get insurance by my self. Its lyk 300 buckes a month just to have plpd on two cars.

How easy could you fit your hand in there to put those lights in... My hands were scratched right up after I did.

Mine got scratched to after i put mine in. Kinda a tight spot lol.

Turned out well.. not as blue as JBI's but has that blue tint to it... thanx  .. justbringit.. right to my doorstep..  ;D

sorry guys i dont know anything so I'm just tryin to learn. It looks like the blue replacement bulbs that great white bought go into the spot where my yellow turn signals are, is that right? and if i want blue lights in that spot, what should i do with the big yellow piece where the turn signal is?

Ya they go into the location where your parking lights are. Most of us have clear parking lights there so the blue shows up better. But you can keep the yellow part in there or you can get the clear piece and put them in there i think theres a write up for it.

are you talking about the write up that involves breaking the yellow lens with screw driver and shaking the pieces out of the hole? or is there an actual replacement lens i can buy?

theres a write up to replace the lenses.

your best bet is going to be to buy the headlight assemblies brand new with the clear parking lamp lense already installed.

But if you have the 95-96 version, you're basically SOL on buying the aftermarket clear lamps,  as you can see on ebay, so you'll have to consult the write-up [which can be found in the Howto section of the forums if no one wishes to link it] unless you do the 97+ conversion which requires... a bit of work. Id go with what shiano said. Id look on ebay for some aftermarket headlights or just put the replacement bulbs in there and see how you like them.

You can find clear replacements on the net somewhere..

and if you dont.. just take the amber ones out.. chrome backing like the headlights.. doesnt look bad.. thats what i did.. they unscrew out.. no breaking involved.

your turn signals are different and are NOT interchangeable with the parking lights. you will have to bake your headlights to get the plastic backs to come off. once that is done, unscrew the chrome backing, remove the amber, then reassemble.
