Ordered brake rotor and pad set July 26th.

As of August 2nd I had received no shipping notification. (5 business days)

I sent a contact email from the website with no response.

Start calling August 6th (2 business ~ 4 actual days)

Aug 6. (10am) called 847-487-1345 - number has been disconnected.
              This is the contact number from the store side of the website.
Aug 6. (12pm) called 630-427-1404 - Left message on answering machine.
Aug 7. (11am) called 630-427-1404 - no answer
Aug 7. (3pm) called 630-427-1404 - left message on answering machine.

Aug 9. Contacted Bank and filed dispute claim for charge back of money.

I think I have been more than patient with them. I gave them multiple opportunities to contact to let me know what was going on. I had no problem waiting a little longer if I had assurance things were being taken care of.

Multiple phone numbers associated with the business are disconnected which amounts to intentional fraud.


I recommend staying away from them till they can prove they want peoples business.

They did, but on the way down they took a lot of money, and rumored to have taken some cars and disappeared.

Well that's just great, I haven't been on here in ages and I had no idea but had a pretty good feeling this was the case.  They've had my car since March 2006 and I haven't talk to Steve since probably December about my car.  $5500 for my new engine and my car which I probably have invested $20,000 into are both gone now .. Unreal ..

It's a ridiculous situation.  I hope someone finds them and they get sued/prison time.

you can't get money out of someone who doesn't have it to begin with...

I think they may have it.  They had a LOT of cash when they jumped ship.

Buy from disturbing motor sports.com, ran by members of ASEC. I got my parts fast and they are very reasonably priced. I never dealt with ERT and you will never get your parts from them let alone your money back.

aye aye aye.... :-\  yeah, i believe they have it. it was traded w/ them for something which never came through. they're probably in mexico having fiestas  ;D and drinking margaritas

i wouldn't doubt it if steve moved back to texas by now. he talked about doing it alot when we were still friends. most of his family and stuff was down there and there was a ton of things stressing him out being up here with his mom being sick down there and all that
