I wanna get the downpipe...Ialready have a converter other than my stock one that is. How does te downpipe thing work?..like connectionsand stuff and where does it go..what it replaces...cuz the only thing i THINK I know about the downpipe..is it's like an alternate path for exhaust gases.

Bolts right in place of the stock unit. It's bolted to the front and rear exhaust manifolds and connects to the converter. I'm interested in the down pipe to, i just found out mine is junk. And it hink it has been rigged so bad i'm not sure what stock is anymore. I saw on your pic the down pipe looks like it has 4 o2's is this right for an 05 avenger es? I was told from some one else the 05's have o2's but my car only has 2. I would be interested in the pipe and cat, so let me know like as soon as you can. Do you use stainless? Brad I'm pretty sure you mean '95 not '05...but '95's have only 1 O2 sensor in the downpipe (2 all together). The other one is in the rear exhaust manifold. We can make the downpipes out of stainless steel...but the cost is a bit more. I would have to check on the price for you though. But I can't tell you a time of shipment right now. I want to make sure we get these flex sections in on Tuesday...like we were told they were gonna be here. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Thanks Scott Title: Re: FS: Performance Downpipes & High Flow Converters Post by: brad on August 21, 2006, 02:00:59 AM yeah, so i typed that post to fast...95 is right. At this point i could really use the downpipe, so let me know when you could get another made up. How much more our we talking about for stainless, and what grade could you get? So i guess i'm pretty much in for an order, do you take paypal? By the way thanks for the fast reply.
Brad Title: Re: FS: Performance Downpipes & High Flow Converters Post by: Sroufe7 on August 22, 2006, 07:53:00 PM Hey guys.

Do you know any leadtimes yet? Brad Hey Brad, you would be looking at $325 shipped for a SS downpipe out of 409 Stainless. Right now we don't have any 2.5" SS...and we get our order in on over other Thursday...so you would be looking at over a week and a half before we get the tubing in...since we just got our last order in last Thursday. We asked if they could ship the tubing...but UPS won't ship it. We have to buy it in a 10 foot sections. Let me know. Thanks Scott Title: Re: FS: Performance Downpipes & High Flow Converters Post by: brad on August 24, 2006, 01:12:57 AM $325 sounds good. I'll wait for the stainless so keep me up to date.
