Title: Had to ditch the sebring Post by: 96LXI on February 07, 2007, 01:51:09 PM Had my 96 since 01 and had to get rid of her. The tranny was acting up again and who knows how much longer it would have lasted, and it sounded horrible. As far as i can tell the torque converter was messed and the car wasnt worth putting another tranny in.
With those issues and 167000 miles i still managed to get 700 on the trade in and picked up a 99 regal gs. Superchargers are fun. Pictures of the sebring available shortly.... Pictures of new car.
