Title: Re: serpentine belt Post by: Darktengu on December 24, 2006, 04:37:37 AM It's not that hard. For the Alternator and A/C there is a little wheel that is between the two pulleys. Loosen the nut on that. If that isn't loose enough for you. Loosen the bolts on your powersteering pump. That will allow it to slide inside the bracket. The belt should come off pretty easily then.
For the Alternator belt you need to loosen the adjusting bolt and the pivot nut. Keep turning the bolt until the alternator has moved enough for you to remove the bolt! Hope that helps.
