dont ever buy from autopartswarehouse.com, they screwed me and sent me the wrong struts.  i called them and told them that they werent even close to being right and the retard on the phone checked it out and swore up and down that they sent me the correct parts. he ran a check and the struts they sent me were the only ones they had listed for venge/bring and eclipse/talon. he would not believe me that they wouldnt fit and even got snotty with me on the phone. well they sent me an email sayin that i couldnt return them so after a threat of a law suit and a letter to the better buisness bureau they told me that i would be gettin an email with return and refund info and here it is 2 months later and i still have not recieved that email. i have sent them plenty, but they must not care so screw them! >:( >:( >:(

i payed for a clutch kit from them and never recieved it. and they took the money out of the credit card and told me for a month they were sold out and had to wait for ACT to ship it directly. after a month and a half of being f*cked around with and them not letting me talk to there customer service i called ACT and they said they'd had a few complaints and do not now or have they ever had autopartswarehouse as a customer.

I'v been screwed outta 200 bucks, by some campany it was for a red neon kit.
