Did the shop get it to start?  I'd call the shop up and tell them they have to tow it back in for free and fix it.  I've rebuilt my motor and had to do the timing and had no problem with getting it to start.

Mod List.  Um WAY too many to fit on here.  But the engine can handle about 800HP

The timing on these are SUPER picky.  So if it's off a little it won't start.  I don't like messing with timing.  Our engines are interference engines, which mean if the timings off you can wreck the whole engine.  The valves hit the pistons.  I'd have a shop double check the timing.

If you have the head off, look at the pistons do they look dinged up?  Are there "clean" spots where it looks like a valve would've hit?

Does it even try to start? Sputter?  If your idler fell apart you probably had some valves hit the pistons, which usually can be seen when the head is off.
