yup its the starter... i put a screw driver between the two terminals and it made a spinning sound. tried the key and it started... must be a dead spot or something

Can our starters be rebuilt? CMC
Usually it costs more to rebuild than you can buy a reman one with a warranty.
am worried that i might not get a core from located auto parts store because i had to grind off half of the rim to make it fit against the 3.5 block (namely the oil pan).
