You could buy a Mapp gas can & torch from a Lowe's, Home Despot, or Ace Hardware. Torch & bottle are like $40, and that should last you a while, and the Mapp gas burns hot.

take a huge ball peen hammer and hit it around the hat of the rotor the part that the wheels go and the jarring action will break the rust loose and it will fall off i had that problem on my avenger and it took me a while to do that then i bought drilled rotors.

Thanks for the reply but I actually got this done a few months ago.  I heated it up with mapp gas, and smacked the excrement out of it once with a really heavy mallet.  It came right off.

i say just get a GOOD metal hammer (not Pu$$y rubber) and just have good old fun beating hell out of it... but again keep moving around the rotor, dont want to jam  it from one side  Undecided

never use a blow torch...it can cause un needed stress on the rotor causing heat cracking and warping not good! pb balster and a rubber mallet are fine no hard hammers though or you run the risk of denting and ruining the surface of the rotor. just fyi.
