hey guys i have been reading bout people clearing there amber signals, and headlight or something and i was kinda curious how do you do this ? or do u have to buy them like that ?? would like to do it to mine this weekend if it warm enough.... also is it illegal at all ? thanks Rob
There's a how to on here and asec you need to remove the headlights then heat them up either with a heat gun or in the oven ... then you pull the lens off remove the amber lense, reseal the halfs with rtv sealant , reinstall ... you need to go to the auto parts store and get amber bulbs to be legal ...

Now once you have the lenses off, this would be a good time to add Angel/Demon/Eagle Eyes to your headlights and/or change the color of your bezel if you wanted to give it a different look. since you're going to have them off anyway it would prevent you from having to do it again.
theres a thread that Gr8white made, on the general topics under new guy, i know this cause he let me know how to do it, which is what i will be doing very soon since i have a black LXi and i want to paint the things black to match the car, plus i do believe despite the work it will take i will more than likely follow ivan as well and pu in angle eyes as well
