you know would really help to people like me? a visual evidence Smiley
if some one could post a picture up close of a fender well with

1)  2" drop - Eibachs

2)  1.5"~1.75" - St springs

3) or any other drop rate and srping manufacturer

cause right now i am 200$ short from getting my suspension stuff (Eibach springs, AGXs, and camber kit)

my baby could be dropped within a month  Grin Grin Grin Grin
i agree, that would def be helpful.

i have a dumb question: will that bolt that's directly above the tire get in the way of lowering the car? i mean, there's really not that much room between it and the tire—least not on my venge, and i'd assume it's the same on all of 'em. like i said, it's a dumb question, but i just don't know much about suspension. i'm assuming it stays approx the same distance, but am not real sure how. oh yeah, the bolt i'm talking about is the one on the a-arm (i think that's what it's called anyway).

that bolt won't be a problem. only time rubbing is a real problem is with tires that are too wide.
both the eibachs and suspension techniques are great springs. only real difference is the ride height.

pics are all over, look on asec. really it is tough to see a difference between the two in most pics. i have some pics in my gallery, click on the globe icon to the left.

thanks. i figured that out after i posted that question, but do appreciated your input.

looking at your pics… nice! so that's the eibach drop? that's not as low as i thought it would be. is that after it settled? if so, i might go with a similar set up as yours. if not, i'll prob go with the ST springs as i really don't want it to settle down to the ground. i like the more aggressive look of a lower car, but i don't really like the car to be in the weeds—just makes it a less pratical daily driver. thanks for the pics!

wouldnt there have to be different spring rates for the i4 and the v6 due to difference in weight?

This was already answered but i have to add to it for those that didn't get it.

If there isn't a difference in the AGX part numbers for your struts then the engine won't matter. Only if there was a difference in 2WD or AWD would a manufacturer usually make 2 different models.

Hope that clears things up a little for others who needed it.
