Driver's side outer door handle and door hinges for '95 Avenger.

Prefer dark green, but any color will do, just so I don't have to climb in the passenger side door. Any help greatly appreciated.

How much for the door handle?

One last question, will the bolts be sent with the hinges (no big deal if they're not).  The reason I need all this is I got hit a few years ago and the crappy auto body shop only put 2 bolts in lower hinge causing it to bend and make the door sag.
