It's a bolt/unbolt on the fronts and rears are remove/replace too

Yes, they will interchange; I had cloth in my "98" Sebring, and I replaced them with leather seats out of my dad's '97" Avenger.  The only Prepping that it will require is that since your cloth seats are probably manual and the leather is probably power seats, you will have to run power to it.  I would also recommend that you put a fuse block on it.
