Can i do it with a miter saw with out take'n them off?

You don't.  Ruin ride quailty and you might not get it even so your car will be all lopsided.  I'm taking a break from my movie, but I'm sure others will be able to tell you more/others.  I've got to get back to my movie.  Just buy some real ones please.

Also not even taking them off your car and cutting them... you're going to kill or hurt yourself.  Save the money and do it right.
