Hello i just joined  this forum to discuss about my seabring as such as everyone here i take it
well my problem is as follows :Only when im in  gear (drive most often or that ive noticed) and holding
the breacks  my engine will not idle right ,ocasionally when i will  go to drive away from a red light or stop sing
i will try to accelerate  suprise no power at all it will only bog out so i will guive half gas or floor it   it will continue for a bit and then just take off  like if everything was new again

in order to resolve this i changes spark plugs, wirering, sparkplug seals ,and gas filter. altho all of this needed changing it still does it  i also took my exaust apart and inside the rear manifold against the firewall there was a sort of filter in there that was cloged so i remooved it  but yet still the same problem and may i note it only does this on occasion but pretty often im just about out of  mecanic tricks and debating on eather my oxigen sensor (altho the check engine light is not on) or my fuel pump but my problem is  my funds id like to be able to fix it once and for all  thanks  lokking forward here  about your4 suggestions

how does it idle while in park? i'd give the throttle body a good cleaning and take a look at the idle air controller. if the throttle body is full of crap and the throttle plate is closed at idle, you may not be getting enough air through to maintain a decent idle. can of throttle body cleaner is the cheapest place to start.

I agree, and whatever you do, DO NOT SPRAY IT INTO THE THROTTLE BODY!
soak a rag and wipe it out as good as you can.  Take it off if you feel you need to but DO NOT spray it into your throttle body or intake manifold.  That is a whole new problem you don't want to get into.
